Custom Nature of Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made specifically for you when you place an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for a photo of the issue and will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Sizing Issues:
To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking our sizing chart before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, please reach out to us for assistance.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for printing. Once in production, we cannot guarantee cancellations.
Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
